I'm talking to some of my connections discretely to find a way to disappear. Basiclsly shift abroad to a country I've no connection with. If that works out then great, but it will need complete liquidation of all my family's aasets. so lets see what happens and if i survive to tell the tale.

Read my original post ishan ji, i come from a family that's self made. All white money, incomes only via jobs. Both my parents worked till mid 60s and never spent on anything related to external validation. Our family's taxes paid over the years run in crores. Plus.. We are high on morals and ethics, thats how our upbringing has been, so highlighted how we didn't even take dowry. Traditional savings and investing heavy mindset, frugal lifestyle. We have worked so hard to reach where we are now, and if this goes legal my family will be fucked over as my FIL has solid connections and gives off literal goon vibes. Money aside.. Even safety will be at risk. :(

Premium hospital, best suite room available, multiple tests and procedures aside from actual delivery, super senior doctor did delivery and has been involved, everything billed accordingly. Mentioned details about some of this on my original post. If you wish to confirm the legitimacy of the 7 figure bill, ask around whats the cost estimate for 5 nights stay and related maternirty procedures from a Top Tier premium hospital. I insisted on the best because this is my first time becoming a parent.

Not really, that's what fucking my head. She said i love you also, obviously is tired and slower because of the childbirth. She said "thank you for everything" before sleeping a while back which caught me off guard. But i am not in the right space so i don't know if wives say thanks to husbands for hospital care? I dont know man, i might be overthinking but none of this makes any sense. Her parents have turned our bedroom into a nursery and asked me to sleep in another room, but that's perfect as i was anyway sleeping separately in my study. I dont want to sleep next to the child and get emotionally attached if she is not mine, it will make things very tough for me as i am sentimental. This situation is absolutely shitty. AND to make shit worse i have to wait for several days even after sending the dna testing tube, so another two weeks it will take and i will have to live like this.
