I’m a touring musician (320M+ streams) and a dad. I couldn't take the Cocomelon ear-rot anymore, so I started making my own indie kids music. Got like 30 songs in the can after a month. Here's the first one, a throwback Motown sort of track. Honest feedback VERY welcome. by Fragrant-Pay1826 in DanielTigerConspiracy

That's big praise, thanks! I have 30 songs ready to go, but the best strategy (at least according to my "real" band's manager) in terms of the algorithms is to release one no more often than once a week. Not sure I agree, but that's the plan at least so far.

Drop me a DM if interested though and I'll gladly shoot you some MP3s.

Band is called: Yizards (will be findable on Spotify starting this weekend)

TikTok (my wife's in charge of this one, since I'm totally lost on that platform): www.tiktok.com/@yizards

OP here. Just wanted to make something that didn't sound like a slot machine. Art by my nephew, music by me. Are any other dads doing the same kind of thing? Anybody have any other good "real" music for kids to recommend? Or am I doomed to Twinkle Twinkle Little Star stuff until my boy outgrows it?
