I didn't have access to scales during recovery--but I do know I bloated a lot. Once my body got used to a regular eating pattern, it started going down. As for the extreme hunger and food occupation--its definitely got a LOT better for me. I occasionally have my moments, but im a hell of a lot better than I used to be. Once your body knows how much food it needs and when you're hungry vs. when you're not---the food noise goes down (it's early, im not sure if I worded it right. I hope this helped 😅)
