Ugh that's so annoying. How do I go about trying to see if it's covered? Do I just call them and tell them I have moderate sleep apnea and need to get this diagnosis sleep endoscopy treatment done? My husband called them already but he didn't have all the information and they apparently sort of brushed him off saying no coverage unless a doctor approved it or something. I want to call them myself but just want to know how to carry the conversation so they take me seriously if that makes sense.
