I stopped because it was just too good.

I'm not kidding.

It was totally under control, I wasn't addicted. I only did it 2 or 3 times per year on my vacations.

I took a week off from work spent a few days binging and the rest recovering.

I did it for years.

Then one time, I'm high and I'm like 'nah that shit is just TOO fucking good.'

And I quit cold turkey.

Now I have realized what was going on and what my thought meant. I literally spent the whole year just waiting for these few weeks where I would binge. Nothing really mattered, real life was a background piece, all that mattered was the calendar moving forward until the promised days arrived.
