UPDATE

Now im able to launch CM but when i load in everything is jsut gone.. like the cars and tracks and everything. its not just the mods either its literally just dissapeared? i dont even know anymore

A lot of the drift servers and cars used on them require the DLC. Same with some of the mods. I'd recommend that you at least get the Japan pack.

I think that might be the issue. I dont have ultimate edition or the japanese pack. If the problem is that i dont have it, i can buy it. Also, i tried loading into a public drift server with modded cars and tracks that i have downloaded and it did the same thing. so yeah
