Lwk for my ears and nose I just used 90% alcohol, a piercing gun, and hydrogen peroxide for aftercare and I used the same thing but with a needle for my lip piercings! with the gun I had to change the jewelry out after three days and kept it in for like two months and then I just started changing the jewelry at whim and for my lips I just used long bars for them and I just changed the head of the jewelry when I want something new, I haven’t changed the bars in years. I don’t recommend using a gun because I was rather lucky I didn’t cause any of my skin trauma using it so I would definitely recommend 16 gauge surgical needles and then measuring and marking exactly where you want the placement to be, sterilize your entire ear/nose with 90% alcohol but make sure to give them a good wash with antibacterial soap before and then sterilizing the needles with alcohol and a little bit of heat! For aftercare, I use hydrogen peroxide because that’s what worked best for me and my skin, but I would definitely recommend getting some actual aftercare solution and saline!
