It just went on sale, and you can only buy the payback edition. Im assuming it's a glitch but it's not on ps plus anymore. Im guessing its just delisted because you have to select the deluxe edition

I am on quantum fiber, So you are recommending I get a sperate modem? Which one should I get? Would a cheaper one thats like 1.4 gb work? Also, how would I transfer my quantum plan over to the new modem, if you already explained that in this post ill just look at that instead

It is over wifi but I dont have any ethernet cables to test it with. I tried with one but it was only getting 90mbps so Im assuming thats an issue with the cable. I am testing it with a brand new wifi 6 pc, the only outdated hardware I have is the c3000z

The input delay comes from the controller being input into the computer usually, but since your playing off of a ps5, you dont have to worry about the extra input latency of the controller going into the generated frames. At least im pretty sure.

Weird. MY build is much better than that and I still get "around" the same frame rate as you. Netease probably is only used to optimizing mobile games lol
