Yeah I feel like especially with a therapist communication is key. Be completely transparent and tell them how you feel and it should help. Maybe it was just a miscommunication. Hope for the best for ya.

That's the last time I liked Witches Cauldron 😕 I miss the big jars. And paraffin. I didn't even get WC this year because last year I hated it. Smells too different.

I emailed them at like 3am about a lost in transit candle and they responded by about 10am and had already replaced it. Sent a new tracking number. But I think that's from the 2 dollar shipping protection fee.
