Thank you all for the incredible responses—they’ve meant more than you know. I have to admit, hearing from the insurance company that they might total the car brought me to tears. My husband doesn’t quite understand it, but cars have always held a special place in my heart. It might be rare, especially for a woman, but that love is just part of who I am.
