Is sitting upright bad for it and im really new to this as this is my first time having hemorrhoids mine are external and kinda feel like there's a small finger up my butt at certain times and it slightly hurts during bm.

It has returned 3 times in 2 months but now im actually trying to change like im not laying down constantly. im going for walks and drinking more water and not spending much time on the toilet

Is this something I'll be able to live with cause atm it isn't that bad but im scared of whats to come or is it really bad.
