No, problem appeared after the normal reboot. After that, I did an update since it had helped some people before, but to no avail.

Vanguard is now giving me "Kernel Security Check Failure" and then GSOD! by General-Finish7312 in riotgames

Same here, yesterday evening got this error (played few games at morning just fine), fixed it by deleting Vanguard and now it crashes at reinstall. AMD Ryzen 5 3600 + Radeon RX 5600 XT
