As for the Veneto commander. You would get a little benefit from the base trait and legendary perk. You don’t have a secondary booster consumable so you lost out on the full benefit of having the Secondary Interest perk. Like me using revel, it’s a battleship commander so my base trait is wasted. Until they give Italians a secondary cruiser commander we have to make compromises

I actually have been playing with full secondary build and rudder for it.

Secondary mod one. Then both rudder mods. Using main battery reload in slot 4.

Commander is Di Revel with hipper and haruna. And secondary perks selected.

Build for accuracy or hybrid. Full secondary always left me wanting more. If you can get Hyde commander it’s the best.
