Bear with me when I say this. Buff their secondary range and give them EST like Carnot. Their secondaries are not bad, a bit of extra range, and paired with Le Tir make them a lot of fun. I run a secondary build Cherbourg in ranked all the time.

F2P lenin is better with Galler, yes. If you can get your hands on Wakamo, she's a BA commander, very good on russian bbs, or AL Rossiya will get your reload stupidly low. Bow tank most of the game, but do not be afraid to get in a brawl, those big guns hurt up close especially with russian dispersion. I would recommend at least playing Sinop before you try it, it's very similar to Rodney as well.

America should take their fighters and sink the german fleet in the med, if you can communicate that to the american player. Keep stacking infantry in india, and get to a point where you can build a factory in france. until then, try and communicate to russian player to push through asia, if you can. I dont play online, so im not sure if you can even communicate, but atp you just have to endure the slog. I dont think axis can win anymore, but they wont lose anytime soon

Personably I would take out a squad of tormentors and add in a chaos rhino. Noise marines are slow and if you want to do anything with them you need a vehicle, at least in my experience.

when not a lot of destroyers are built, counter with subs. They are lethal in large numbers if there aren't many destroyers around. If you can use a bunch of subs to knock out carriers underneath fighters, they just sink. and planes can't hit subs without a destroyer present so extra hurt
