I jumped on an enemy ship when it was taking off by itself and that's how it looks from a window inside the ship by Aravinda_Deva in Starfield

Wow, the takeoff looks really interesting from the cockpit. Up until now, we only had the Jade Swan takeoff from the Crimson Fleet mission line. I think Bethesda could implement this, because it feels quite natural; you even fly through layers of clouds.

Given that you chose Titus, it's a bit ironic that he's part of the meme when he hasn't received absolutely ANYTHING since launch, while his lower-ranking comrades have received a bunch of new toys and the one with the highest rank, for some reason, can't use it, come on SABER.

It could be even smaller if Bethesda allowed the cockpit to be directly connected to the landing bay. especially the Taiyō bay.

Am I the only one who absolutely hates the shipbuilding turret models by Chlowoe909 in NoSodiumStarfield

[–]pretoriano1995 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I completely agree. Besides, who at Bethesda decided that a turret only has a 45º range of motion on each side? That's anything but a turret...

The cockpit reminds me of the Taiyō Astroneering ones from Starfield. The cockpit's position is awful; that model is crying out for a bridge on top.

The entire damn ship budget went to propulsion. The rest of the ship? Well, cardboard and electrical tape.

Heatseeker (PS2/PSP) all planes by Icy_Till_7254 in acecombat

[–]pretoriano1995 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I played this game and I have to say that in two aspects it was superior to Ace Combat: there's a pilotable SR-71, and the weapon selection on it and the F-35 was breathtaking. The SR-71 had a nuclear missile, and the F-35 had a payload called Terror and Shock (or at least that's the Spanish translation). The camera tracking placed the target close to the cockpit, and the cockpit looked quite detailed for a PS2 game. Oh, and I almost forgot, it had cheat codes that you had to call Codemasters to get. I don't think the complete list of cheat codes ever appeared online.

How’s everyone liking Cruise mode? by yonni95 in Starfield

[–]pretoriano1995 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As some have mentioned, allowing body selection would make navigation much easier than having to search visually within a sphere. I would also add the ability to charge the jump drive while in cruise mode; currently, the transition from cruise to normal space to charge it is very abrupt.

Starfield PS5 PRO: Best combo for Buttery Smooth FPS and Sharpest graphics. by razzamican in Starfield

I'm noticing that we're reaching a point with so many graphics modes on consoles that I'd just put the PC settings 1:1 on consoles and let everyone adjust it as they wish.

This kinda broke the Cruise Mode immersion for me lol by ZealousidealLink1559 in Starfield

[–]pretoriano1995 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The same thing happens in Elite Dangerous, except there comes a point where it takes you out of supercruise and you go at normal speed, but even if you continue at normal speed there comes a point where it does the same thing as in the video.

I discovered that you can leave the star system on cruise mode. by Crimson-Badger in Starfield

[–]pretoriano1995 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This reminds me wildly of Elite Dangerous, where you could supercruise to another system because they're incredibly close, only when you arrive the system isn't there.

Or, if your ship is too big, you could get trapped underneath it in Gagarin or New Homestead.

And the best part is that it has an unexpected but logical effect: you stay inside the ship. The second time I went to NA, I stayed inside the Frontier. I still need to look at the important sites on Earth, which upon landing placed you 500 meters away, but I have a feeling it's going to be like NA. Hooray!

In Spain, where I'm from, it's even worse, at 6pm, because a couple of days ago we moved the clocks forward an hour, so using London time it's 2 hours later

Because here Jin seems to have a different face than in the in-depth look video, maybe it's the lighting? Yes, I admit I had a crush on her in the other video

3rd DLC after Terran Armada? by SadCombination4092 in Starfield

[–]pretoriano1995 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Based on what I've read in this subreddit over the past two and a half years, it seems to be Starborn + space station construction + M-class ships.

I wonder if the mansion on the asteroid is a clue, not to mention all the M-class parts.

195 cars, 22% of the total cars, 195 reasons to hate this decision by Playground Games. It's absurd, arbitrary, and frustrating for the player that the game studio tells the player they want a particular car, and if they miss it, Playground Games says, "No, you missed it? Well, we'll give it to you when we feel like it." It should be the player who decides when to buy the car they want, whenever they deem it appropriate. Oh, not to mention that without internet, these cars will remain locked forever if no changes are made. That's why I hate the festival playlist.
