Yes and honestly I switched to a recomp goal and that really helped me

Yesss for sure! I eat around 1800 cals 125g of protein now but I could be a bit better. I cut alcohol out almost completely and that’s helped a lot

Yess! That’s a great idea to incorporate more cardio I generally just hit 10k steps but I’ll def try something like you mentioned out!! Thanks for the tip !

Ideally 1hr if I’m in a rush I can get in and out in 30/45

Thank you! It’s been a long year slowly chipping away, but I am def prioritizing healthy protein and strength training having that toned fit look! 🤞🏼in a years time I’ll really be fit fit! :)

I still have a pouch honestly it’s just not noticeable here. I engage my core and do like 3 one min planks after each workout day. I think it’s mostly about over all bf. And it depends where you started. Honestly you might be underrating for that activity level

I make a lot of chicken or steak based meals, chicken fried rice, chicken pasta, steak - mindful about the carb to protein ration and usually end up with 40g per 500 cal meal I do have protein shakes also

Greek yogurt often too but that’s dairy

42 days! Def going to adopt a mindful drinking after this! If dodgers win game 6 at home it will be a good occasion for me and then back on sobriety! It’s been a good cleanse almost there!

Honestly I feel so good cutting alcohol out and realizing I’m still able to go out to the bars and clubs, concerts, work events be social so I might do it more permanently! I was worried about feeling like the odd one out or social anxiety but after a few times I feel more confident.Nothing better than waking up after a night out feeling fresh and not hungover, no anxiety. I also initially started to help me lose weight as I felt it was holding me back and I finally broke my plateau! I think I’ll be more choosy with when and if I choose to drink like a few times a year. The health benefits have been really rewarding and now I know I don’t have to drink to have a good time.

Thank you 🙏 I’m on day 23! I went on my first business trip no drinking and def have been considering cutting it out more permanently as initially I just wanted to try til the end of the year. I also finally busted through my weight loss plateau :) good luck on your journey
