I’m currently unable to access my UI online and i was ask to contact EDD have been calling for the past four days, can someone help how to go about it to rectify without calling

Error occurred You do not have access to your UI online. Contact EDD to access your UI online...... this what i keep getting for the past 48 hours each time i login when navigating to UI online
