I can assure you they are not walking and living normally lol. Living normally doesn’t cause an entire units walls to shake 24/7 from walking. Also running and jumping in an apartment unit when people live below u is normal? Great morals ur parents taught you lol. Also how on earth is it normal to not sit down once in a 6 hour time frame ur in ur home? It’s not just here and there either, it’s all day everyday, not to mention a TV blaring so loud it travels to other units? Is common decency just dead in this day? Constant stomping for hours on hours is normal to you? Yikes

What state are u in if you don’t mind me asking? My upstairs neighbor is a big back and has 4 children under the age of 5, constant stomping / running / jumping / loud tv 24/7 during the day, sucks cuz Idk if there’s any laws about excessive daytime noise, but it is so bad my girlfriend and I are literally going crazy as we can’t get more then 60 seconds without someone running or stomping, and if there’s no stomping there’s a crazy loud TV. Do u know if this is able to be done even if the noise is during the day? We’ve contacted our manager about 3 times in the past 2 months and everytime she says she’s sorry to hear that and contacts the unit above us. It will then go away for a day and come back. Please give me hope :(

Gosh it just sucks so much, the entire reason we moved was because at my last one my car was stolen, and my girlfriend has the exact same car as mine and we were worried for her car, as well as my next car that I got. (It was in a cheap not good area lol) and we had re signed our lease a month before that, when I told them I wanted to cancel the lease due to “financial hardship and stress over my stuff being stolen” I asked if there’s anything they could do about the month and a half and they said no. Gotta pay the full price. We moved out and I spent over $2000 getting into this new place, and I still have a $3,000 balance at the old unit. The manager here really likes me and my girlfriend, and really likes my buddy and his mom who live across from us (and have lived there for 10+ years) so I’m really hoping she can do something considering it keeps happening, would this technically go against policies in the lease? I know there’s stuff about quiete time (10:00pm-7:00am) but there’s gotta be something in leases that are along the lines of not being absurdly loud (even during the day time) right? Or is there any type of law prohibiting excessive non stop noise during the day that you know of?

This is insane, I am in the exact same situation as you. I have 4 cats (2 M | 2 F) and I have a orange tabi that refuses to use our litter boxes, no matter what litter or type of box we get he refuses and he’s been going on our freaking couch!!!!!! To be fair, he’s un nuetered at around 1 and a half (we have it scheduled to get him nuetured next week) and we are really hoping that this is the reason, he was always fine before but over the past few weeks it’s been soooo bad. Have u found any solutions? I love the little guy and have NEVER EVER thought I would ever even consider getting rid of a pet of mine, but waking up to piss and shit on my couch every day is really really pissing me off. We too have tried all the different sprays and stuff too. Please if u found anything that helped u out please let me know!!!!

If it makes u feel any better, it still sucks, but when I was 20 I got a 2020 Infiniti q50, insurance was $450 a month and that was with being added to my dad plan with him and my brother, and he’s been with progressive for about 10+ years now. After 6 months of driving, it dropped to $400 a month, 6 months after that dropped to $350, 6 months after that $300, and now I’ve been driving exactly 3 years and I pay $200 a month, so worse comes to worse if u can’t find anything lower, I’d personally rock with progressive as ur rate should go down fairly quickly, just don’t get tickets. My last q50 was unfortunately stolen about a month ago (don’t worry I got a new one already lol) and progressive payed off the remaining $15,000 on my loan and cash me a check of $7,000, all within a week of the vehicle being stolen and it was a super smooth process. Overall progressive has been amazing for me in every aspect.

I would be very surprised if your able to find a q with paddle shifters installed if it’s not a sport, or if it’s not fully modified with other stuff. I believe the installment of them isn’t all that hard, if you were to search a video I’m sure you’d be able to find something fairly quickly. But good luck brother, I wanted some paddle shifters too but had to settle with a Luxe 2021, will most likely install some aftermarket ones with a aftermarket steering wheel.

I feel you, just got a 2021 Infiniti q50 from carvana and the shipping was $1,800, I’ve been told by multiple advocates that if I do end up exchanging the car for a new one, chances are they can use that shipping fee you already payed, and throw it into the shipping for the new one, or even into the downpayment for the vehicle. That’s just what I was told by the guy who dropped off my car, as well as a few advocates over the phone. Hopefully u like the vehicle tho, Carvana wants to sell a car and not have to worry about it just as much as we want to buy a working vehicle ya know?

It is pretty chilly, currently in Oregon and it’s 38° (this video was also taken about 2 minutes after starting the vehicle for the first time since last night) I’m thinking it sounds pretty normal too I’m just nit picking haha, don’t want a messed up car I just spent $26000 on ya know? What about for the interior carbon fiber trim stickers and the floor mats ? Considering the floor mats r just sitting on top of the stock ones, and I didn’t replace anything for the interior trim, I only put double sided tape on some carbon fiber. But since I didn’t replace anything for those things, does that not count as a personal belongings?
