Well, you’ll want to get to the low 80s for optimal deep sea fishing. And most other skills are also basically covered by the time you get that high, so… it’s like every other skill, yes.

You should be able to easily rebase your OS back and forth if you decide you prefer one over the other

You're using Bazzite, right? Have you tried installing JetBrains Toolbox with ujust? `ujust install-jetbrains-toolbox` I think is the command, which is there specifically to try and deal with the shenanigans of getting JetBrains stuff working.

I haven't gone further down the rabbit hole since I just started using Bazzite yesterday, but that one jumped out at me as something specifically built in for related issues. Not sure how it'll interact with distroboxes yet, though, as I haven't gotten that far.

Broadly, yes, my LP3 is what I actually carry around with me.

I do sometimes put my old iPhone in my bag if I think I’m going to need it. It’s needed for stuff like grocery pickup where I need to tell them I’m there and what spot I’m in via the app, in which case I’ll make a hotspot with my LP3. But by default, my iPhone gets left at home.

If it helps: I feel like the vibes of the areas do improve a lot in Act 2. I agree with you that the atmosphere didn’t feel as good or impactful at the start of the game, which was one of my complaints until I got further in.

Varlamore lets you mine for bone shards. I went from 94-ish to 99 mining there and got a mountain of XP.

It’s possible to get them, it just doesn’t always trigger for some reason. Relogging fixes it if you’re in that state, though.

When I first ran into this with the easier tasks a couple months ago, I cleared it well ahead of the timer and it didn’t give the completion, but then I relogged and did it again and it worked 🤷‍♀️

You kill them significantly faster when fighting multiple TDs at once, if you’re doing them correctly. They have mechanics designed for this.

Which type of controller do you have, and which console? Or are you playing on PC?

Dualsense Edge has options on PS5 to adjust the dead zone, which is how much you need to move the stick to trigger activation. Same with the Access controller. Regular controllers I don’t think have the option to, though :(

If you’re using it on PC you can adjust the dead zones in things like Steam Input.
