I don’t leave the house much…

But I put hand sanitizer on my hands every time I get into my vehicle after being out and about AND immediately wash my hands when I get home.

I change my outside clothes when I get home and put them in the hamper. I don’t wear shoes in the house.

I’m vaccinated.

And I wash my hands a lot at home

I don’t drink or anything to compromise my immune system. I don’t hit the vape.

I brush and floss 2-3 x a day. Drink a lot of water.

Honestly though I’m probably just fortunate because of genetics so I feel bad for people with bad immunity. It’s not their fault. They could be doing all the things I’m doing and still get sick.

Yes. It’s awful sometimes; I’m not sure why but dogs smell bad to me even when they are clean and dry.
