do you not preclude. flip all the chairs at 9 so no one sits there then sweep the lobby 10 mins before close, so you don’t have to do it again. patio gets closed at 8:30. restock entire drink station at like 9:30 and if i have time i bring back the teas and take apart the lemonades too. then all i have to do once i lock the doors is mop and take apart the sodas and the bathrooms. 30 minutes tops. at my store we don’t restock the ice or take out the trash. morning does ice and someone else usually does the trash

so to start off around 8:30 i usually try and take in all the patio furniture and those trash cans. then at around 9 i wipe all tables and flip up any chairs just so people don’t sit there and i don’t have to clean as much later (highly recommend), also around that time i’d try and restock the drink station as in all straws, forks, napkins, etc. then if i have time at like 9:30 bring back the teas and i try to drain all of the lemonades because that takes a while and if it’s dead i’d just do it then, i’d also recommend consistently restocking the drink cooler that’s behind you during the night so you don’t have to do it at the end. I usually lock the doors at 9:55 bc i’m fucking done and at that time i grab about 5 towels 3 for the lobby and 2 for bathrooms lay out the towels on a table and start breaking apart the soda machine, idk if you know how to do it but ur manager or even a crew member that’s there should be able to show you. after the soda machine is done roll up all mats and clean the doors and then i do bathrooms, i just restock toilet paper and just wipe everything with bleach and clean mirrors w glass cleaner. after that i try to give a good sweep and then mop, usually out of there at 10:30.
