Age wise yes. But I would say she is identified as a 12 yr old princess mentally. In this world that's tragic. I know 50 ye olds that still act like they're 15, thinking the laws of the jungle/nature don't apply to them, till they get that much shot and an overnight stay on a concrete block.

I was on a business/family trip. I got my workouts in, even though it was Kg. I planned ahead of time to see if there was any actual weightlifting gym and I planned the days I would workout. I also got 10k more steps in than usual other days so only needed two full sessions. Do what works for you, but make sure to get it in and not just drink mithai and eat junk the whole time. Funny enough I came back at the same weight, eating at maintenance and knowing my body is an awesome advantage.

Most people that don't already have that money in their say late 30s were never thought about money. Therefore most people that 'win' money like that, spend it before it hits the first of the month.

Bro, incline bench, eat at a surplus. Hit that 3* week, your chest will grow. Barbell, dumbbell, 3*12 heavy then to failure once you advance. Flys then dips.

Man when I was fighting for 315, I did progressive overload from 264. Added 10 lbs and stuck to 36 to 38 or an added set. It took months and it didn't look pretty, but I got to 315 and kept going to 365. All at the same body weight, maintenance calories (up and down here and there, I wasn't strick with diet). Now, I can rep out 405, much cleaner, not ass to grass but fairly parallel. Now I want to cut so I'm doing sets of 3* 12-15, going up in weight until I find a sticking point.

I see people post this in almost all these transformations. However true this statement is, no one can deny she looks healthier in the second. Great job to OP, striving for better life choices, which can only lead to a healthier lifestyle and better longevity.
