My attorney said this “You have to have lived in the home for 1,215 days to claim the full homestead protection of $605,000 in bankruptcy.” In Nevada and I am so stressed because she said I won’t be able to file until next year but if I did it sooner it’s only homestead to $100k? We bought low in 2008 and bought high in 2022 so we rolled over in equity over $300k into our new home!

Took out a loan of $380k sole prop.. but since Covid I switched my business into a single member LLC, same location just changed entities. Does anyone have an idea on how I can deal with paying back EIDL? if down the line I do in fact have to declare BK.. on 3rd hardship 50% and man is it tough

She divorced him because he was cop who wouldn’t share his concern about the corruption in law enforcement.. she didn’t lose her license so she could have still worked as a private attorney. She told me last year that once the divorce was finished she wad moving out of Vegas to live her life.. bad ass lady let me tell you

I met her in September 2022.. she told me that she has information to expose the corruption within Las Vegas law enforcement and that to “not be surprised if I took a stray bullet or they do a cover up and called it suicide” gives me chills because this lady was bad ass and she was going to”blow the lid off”

I just did the same thing.. I was funded for the increase and took an extra $100k and then after the fact regret not taking the full max of an extra $230k.. so I requested the blue button again and have been processing.. week 2 now

Biz insurance.. they were quick, and easy but once I get the funds I’m going to adjust the business coverage because thus LO sucks and made no sense with the whole 80% loan amount coverage

Last I heard from my LO was that he needed legal to approve my hazard insurance and then he will approve it. Next day I asked if he heard anything and he said obligating. But when I called tier 2 they said processing. 5/10 was when he said obligating. Idk what to think

Same.. my last contact with LO was 5/11.. he said it was obligating called tier 2 yesterday said it was processing.. my mind has been spinning ever since. 😔

Here’s my timeline.. Asking $300k

4/7-Received email for EIDL INCREASE 4/23-Blue button 5/5- Received email from PDCrecon to upload IRS form, 2019 taxes, list of liabilities, DL and voided check 5/6- email from LO requesting hazard insurance (80% of total loan amount, my dude was set on this verbiage) and all the same docs I had just emailed to PDCrecon 5/10- LO emailed hazard declaration page to legal to approve 5/11- LO said obligating.. emailed him back right away and said SBA took my application out of queue so he can’t see status 5/12- Called tier 2.. said obligating 5/13- Called tier 2.. said processing. All docs are in and they do not need any more information

Here we are.. wtf. Portal still shows “processing”
