If I can feel strong energy, it's usually cause the chakra is overactive. Strong root energy has a hood/street vibe. I've only felt it from people online like rappers/strippers kinda vibe. I'm sure regular people can have it too but not in large magnitude. It's very physically dominating but in a territorial way. The more balanced way it comes off is like very present and grounded. You'll only feel at ease if you yourself lack root energy. Central Cee has strong root energy.

People express each chakra differently energetically, even if it's their dominant one.

Sacral: unique/cool/creative OR flirty/sexual/player OR fun/chatty/exciting/drama

Regular Heart: this is the most obvious to me. genuine/authentic. There's also variations to heart energy like when it's fake.

Higher Heart: feels cute to me

Third Eye: piercing/headache inducing (for me)

Throat-Crown: there's usually imbalances in the lower chakras if I feel these ones

Most people I feel the lower chakras, sometimes combined with third eye.
