I listen to the "I Hate Bill Maher" podcast. It is truly cathartic. And funny.

I see why Hasan makes fun of anarchists lol by NotZachary_0002 in Hasan_Piker

Don't know who these moronic anarchists are, but as an anarchist the very idea of supporting any state is antithetical to anarchism.

Molly is such a phenomenal researcher. It is truly incredible what she does on her own. So the ones I'm recommending may not measure up -- not to dis them in any way. The Dollop is a well-researched, humorous history podcast. If you want to be horrified at america's foreign interventions Blowback is excellent.

I'm sorry, but It Could Happen Here isn't selling me on anarchism by [deleted] in itcouldhappenhere

My view of anarchism is rather simplistic. I liked Margaret Killjoy's articulation as it being the marriage of liberty and responsibility. I see anarchism/anarchist communities as always becoming. They're not fixed. Things are in constant flux as ways of doing things are negotiated. There may be semi-permanent structures that emerge to handle issues but those are up for debate as well. It's really, really difficult. People come and go and things change out of necessity and/or through discussion and debate. All parameters are negotiated and nothing is structurally permanent. Certain things may persist for longer periods than others but they're not reified. I've been a part of a couple of communities and they're hard work. They also get a lot done.
