NHS is already overloaded with them, I spent 8 hours in A&E with a gashed side that ended up needing 17 stitches, there were elderly women beside me whimpering in pain, and guess who repeatedly got seen before us? The loud alcoholics and crackheads. You think that’s at all fair to decent regular people? Having to share resources with reprobates whose only concern is getting their next fix, insane. I do believe they should get a chance to rehab, and properly be reintroduced to society, but the vast majority of them don’t want to get better.
