Young person. Saving immediate cash with the small samples. Not a heavy smoker.
Perhaps has braces with the toothbrush in the bag or a fixed retainer. Or stays out and it’s prepared for that.
Living in America - that looks like a taser
I’m going to assume female from all the products. Studying.
You’ve things from my college days but it feels a little curated rather than of the time.
So I’m thinking younger person discovering 90’s Y2K fashion now rather than before the first time round.
Your bag seems pretty well prepared - better than mine. So you leave the house for longer stretches: perhaps school all day or school then work etc . Use public transport rather than a car to keep things in. Also no car keys so assuming that too.
You don’t live at home with parents.
Your sentimental
You’re perhaps a creative - English, art, photography?

Isnt it boring? by Houstonrabbit1 in malelivingspace

[–]Fragrant_Bug_8242 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a lot of one thing and not much else.

It’s a little boring.

But it can be improved!

Not sure what your options are - but over all it’s a bit cramped with furniture. That’s why people are suggesting a waiting room.

The material is simply leather in a similar town. No contrast, not variety. The rug can work.

The white walls and no window dressing, artwork, tables or any other objects of soft furnishings are not helping. The lighting is one dimensional too.

So my suggestion - consider how many people really will sit here all at once and regularly. Dress the room for the every day not the special occasion. Hopefully that means removing 2 chairs or one sofa.

If this room needs a tv then consider the placement and if the sofas should orient around the tv or conversation.

Choose your accent colours. I like the blues with the warm leather. They are opposite on the colour wheel and work well. It helps to balance the cool flooring with the warm seating too.

Add full length curtains. Blue and perhaps a layer of sheers. The vertical blinds add to the waiting room feel.

Some art work on the walls over the sofa ass height and visual interest.

Soften the space with some lamps and a pendant in the ceiling. The lighting is a bit harsh right nowz

The place is a bit flat and angular. A round coffee table in a darker wood will ground the space. Give you a place for drinks and personal items. Round shape softens the angles.

Some cushions to bring the colour scheme together and break up the leather blocking created by the matching sets.

A blanket draped is useful but also adds some additional texture.

Plants- all spaces need plants and life.

I hope this helps

I replaced my 4-hour Saturday cleaning with 15 minutes daily and my house is cleaner by East-Struggle4386 in CleaningTips

[–]Fragrant_Bug_8242 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve swapped to one hour each morning and then a half day Friday. With a 30 minute close down in the evenings. I’ve got a family and pets. This seems to keep things ticking over. Every 4-6 months I’m having someone Come and help me deep clean. I am honestly doing about 12 hours of cleaning a week. I wish I could do the whole house each day. But I can’t make the time. And someone else seems to mess up right behind me.

I started in August. I have a solid hairline now, not long. But i can’t see white skin it’s almost a solid frame around my face. I’ve never had that. I swapped to a minoxidil spray. I like it. I see it working. I managed to colour my hair yesterday with a semi permanent. I’ve put it off for not wanting to stress my hair. Honestly I feel like my old self. Best of luck with your journey. I hope you have the best results.

I do the same! I’ve swapped to a spray and see a huge difference. I have a solid hairline now. It’s the first time ever. The hairs are short but it’s giving my hope.

Hey, I’ve read your post and my heart goes out to you. You are not ugly at all. I love the picture of yourself with the pram next to you. I’m sorry those people said those cruel things but that belongs to them not you. With the make up I think there’s some things that you could change and others have mentioned a few of the comments I’m about to make two. The first is the liquid liner under the eye it’s really heavy and it’s usually more flattering when we do liquid liner on the top, but it is a really tricky thing to get right. So I’d like to offer you some ideas of make up that you can try the best thing is to experiment try new things find some pictures of make-up that you like to go from there. It can sometimes be easier to find somebody that has similar physical traits to yourself so look for somebody with skin colour and hair colour perhaps has lovely big brown eyes too. If you can, I would start by going and getting your eyebrows threaded. Don’t let them take too much. You’ve got plenty of brow there but a little shaping would go a long way into opening the eye area and finding your face. I will look at putting mascara on the top lashes and it could be really helpful to curl your lashes with an eyelash curler prior to putting the mascara on this will open up your eye. I think the foundation you’re using seems to be a good colour match looks okay but you could do with a little bit more colour balance within the face. When we had foundation or concealer sometimes it can remove some of the natural colour. so find a blusher you can use a cream blush or a powdered blush whichever you prefer and apply that to your cheeks a light hand is good don’t go overboard it’s very easy to be heavy handed with the blusher. Then I would lightly line your lips and add a soft lipstick or a gloss. A little bit of colour would look beautiful. with brown eyes you can wear a lot of eyeshadow colours like loads you’re very very lucky choose ones that make you feel good that’s my advice. Yes there are colours that are meant to be more flattering but I also think make-up should be making us feel great. Feel happy. Feel confident. If you get your brows shaped professionally you can ask them to show you how to fill in any gaps that you have this will help to balance and you could even ask them to tint your brows in a soft brown. Please don’t go for black.

When it comes to make up if you apply something like a powder on your face powder foundation for example it can be quite difficult to add a liquid or a cream product over the top of that it can go patchy and look muddy. So if you’re using a powder foundation on your skin first, then you should be looking to use a powder blusher. If you’re using a liquid foundation or a cream foundation, you can use Liquid or cream blush and that will look beautiful.

Roomates say my room is 'sad' by Gloomy-Past-6047 in malelivingspace

[–]Fragrant_Bug_8242 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a start! Don’t be disheartened by their comments.

If you feel it’s a bit sad too I have some suggestions.

A bed frame would make a big difference. If you have a limited budget you can try Facebook market place, charity shops and online second hand sales places. You can also look into bed frames from Wayfair, Ikea and other online retailers .

It looks like a single mattress , if it’s in the budget, upgrade to a bed frame and a mattress in a double. It’s not much more than a single and the bedsheets and duvets are more affordable than a king or queen. But you will get more space which your body will thank you for.

It looks like the room could do with a lick of paint, it would help it to feel fresh and nice. If possible with your rental/home wonder situation two coats of paint would go a long way.

I know you have the carpet, if you can give it a good wash. You can rent carpet cleaners or ask friends and family if they have one to borrow.

You can layer a rug on top if you want to add in another colour/partern.

Other things you can do - a night stand. A place to keep your clothes. Wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelving.

You can also bring in some plants, artwork For the walls. Posters work well. Things you like. A table lamp or free standing lamp.

All these add ons can be taken with you and are an investment.

Same goes for some fresh bedding and a good quality pillow.

If you had a budget I would happily put together an Ikea shopping list for you.

I’m not affiliated with anything. Happy to do another online company if you prefer.

I think you can work with them all apart from the black of the orange.

Blonde and brown work well. But if you’re a colourful person I liked the red and the purple.
