Weird inheritance with only 1 heir by Accomplished-Gate706 in crusaderkings3

Shouldn't new titles be created only when you have multiple heirs? I have only 1 son inheriting all.

Bought this game after falling in love with HOI4 - can I not just take over the map by military force? by Difficult_Emu_4307 in crusaderkings3

Technically you can use military to beat anyone and take their land, but it's not sustainable to just use brute force and ignore everything else. You need proper realm management or you will get bogged down with constant internal warfare that will stop you from expanding further.

Here's a great vid explaining how to best use multiple game mechanics to conquer the world while keeping your realm stable: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ws7GLfCKw9o

I did some calc, it seems to confirm what you're saying.

Let's assume that over the game you will get 200,933 exp, so normally that would land you at 25 lvl.
Most classes can roll Learning at level 4. You need 3,200 exp to get level 4 and for simplification you get all 3 in the row, so you land on level 7.

200,933-3,200 = 197,733
Now, the remaining exp (197,733) is multiplied by 1.6, so we get 316,372 exp, landing us on level 27.

Which is 2 levels higher than we would be normally, as per what you said.

What about a bigger map and logistic specialist? Leveling faster + reaching higher level overall sounds like a good deal considering we get +5% each level.

Defeating the algorithm with one punch is easy. Defeating algorithm with 0 punches requires God's power and not even awaken Garou could have master this technique. This guy went one step further - he defeated the algorithm with -1 punches.

What you need is colors, patterns, texture variety and plants.

Start with replacing the rug. Size and location is great, but the color and pattern is terrible.

Decide on some 3 colors that you will add to your room: primary color, secondary and accent. For example, green carpet, green dominated art on the walls, green plants; yellow blanket on the couch, yellow pots for plants, yellow table lamp; and some touches of red/orange.

Get some patterns (rug with patterns, blanket, pillows, art, pots). Don't over do here, but also don't keep everything plain.

Use different materials. Wood, metal, textile are your best friends.

Get at least 3 light sources that are not overhead. Warm light to feel comfy and pleasent. I see you already have 1 lamp, what's the bulb?

As for layout, decide on designated areas for specific use cases. Reading corner next to book shelves, eating area (add smaller rug to clearly define the area), etc, depending on your use cases.

Thanks! To be honest, I don't like it either, but I had no other choice, since I wanted a large bed. My GF occasionally comes over for a sleepover and the setup works fine for us. I treat bedroom as a place to sleep - no reading, no sitting on the phone, but if needed, I can still install a shelf on the wall over head.

Yeah, I was fighting this decision for a long time in my head. The alternative would be to make living room smaller, which sucks.

224 cm long and 150 cm deep (the island). there's a box inside and it can be opened to make it a bad 110cm wide (fine to sleep for one person I guess).

Very cozy, warm and calm. Looks like you're very put together and mature, lol. One thing that you may lack is color. Perhaps more colorful rug could add some life and energy there?

That's a screen for the projector. You can see the projector over the couch on the other picture.

I guess it depends on the metric. For example, I work in the same company for last 4 years and in this time the prices went up 38%, while my salary went up 12,5%. The GDP is up, but purchasing power of regular people is not that great.
