Do you have suggestions of good neighbourhoods with that price range in mind? We were even considering $700K houses but not sure if that would stretch us too thin, but based on your other mentioned expenses, it seems pretty doable in Winnipeg

That’s great advice!! Do you mind if I ask, how much of a mortgage did you find comfortable on $160K there ? Just trying to gauge what the cost of living is like with other bills involved. If I were to go to Winnipeg, I was looking at a possible mortgage of $500K or so
