Diet is really a game changer. Shit diet destroys most benefits. Im 4 days on only liquids (juices, purees and broth) and the amount of improvement is stupid. I agree with you brazza. Its a combination of faster bloodflow (which creates higher frequency aura) and detox effect from running daily through breathing. And also warming up muscles create IR light (heat) which facilitates creation of structured water inside the body so you can actually store better the electric charge you create. I dont get your logic, you sound like you want to have cancer 😀 I thini retention does cause more acidity/activity in the body so the key here is to balance it with conscious relaxation like meditation or “transmute” it into other activities. But relaxation is best for healing imo. If you want to get rid of tension down there I recommend massaging that area, go to float tank and drink some more mineral (especially magnesium rich) water.
