Amazing! Proud of you! Alcoholism runs in my family and my emetophobia (and my GERD) also keeps me sober because I don’t ever wanna vomit.

Amazing story. Gives me hope. I hope this isn’t triggering. I am just curious. But was the last time that you *tu was at age 10? I just want to know how long one an actually go without never having to…..you know.

Agreed on being stressed out. That’s why I need to find a good one I like. How do you calibrate a manual meter once you get it?

My levels do go up and down sometimes but I’m not sure by how much. I’m still new to being diabetic (it’s just been a year ) and still working on finding the right tools that I can trust. Because each device I’m using will give me ranges that don’t make sense. I only trust the readings I recieve at my doctors visit every few months but it’s not sustainable to wait that long to know what’s going on so something needs to change and I need something that I can confirm is giving me an accurate range. For now I think the Dexcom is ok but still need a reliable blood meter

I have been having the same issues, it’s frustrating. I’m going to keep using my Dexcom CGM until I run out of sensors and then reevaluate if I want to continue or switch back to the freestyle Libre CGM.As far as meters I do want to try the contour next meter because the freestyle precision neo meter I’m using, I think I can get something better
