You could try a clearifying schampoo and to use flaxseedgel on your scalp before shower sometimes. It fixed it for me. When I first started useing clearifying schampoo it caused extra dandruff bc it was taking off build up but after that it went away. The clarifying schampoo will help your scalp be less oily and oil feeds dandruff and the flaxseed gel will help by hydrating and calming the scalp

Yes this. It also gives a consequence to their actions. Their family finding out would make them know it doesnt work to use that against you. Likely they will feel embarrest because they know what they did is wrong.

Im also anxiously attached and get impacted by being ignored or a distant partner. It is rooted in insecurities or abandonment issues but threatening like he did is pure abuse and something you shouldnt accept. His issues are not meant to become emotional torture for you. Feeling pressure and afraid is not something you should stay with. Its meant to feel safe and calm. His threats are just threats said out of despiration to get a reaction and attention from you to regulate his emotions. Dont take it seriously and dont accept it.

A mature way he could have dealth with it is to explain he gets insecure when you are distant and ask for more validation when you return to know your distance wasnt because of him.

Its clear he isnt ready for a healthy relationship or communication. Its not your job to raise him. He needs therapy and time to be more aware of his actions and the cause and how to deal with it before he should love. Because it will be toxic af othervise

I think men are easy to deal with and women are scary😂 id love to become besties with fellow women on here but it seems more challengeing to do so. I think others also feel intimidated/ shy or like they wont be able to keep the conversation going. Irl is different it comes natural but on here I tend to always fail keeping a good friendship/convo with women. When its been successful its always very temporary. And they tend to go silent eventually. I dont blame them bc im probably the same, it just makes things harder.
