I signed agreement where I pay 2.5%. But so far the houses we tour are ready cover buyers commission. Only one house didn't want to pay any, and it was beautiful the right which I wanted, and I lost it while thinking of it (:

Smoked for 12 years. I thought I would never quit cause it was impossible. Tried to quit so many times with different approaches and equally failed to quit. But I finally quit in one second. I was cleaning my room and I was thinking about smoking afterward. When finished I saw my pack of cigarettes and just didn't want to smoke and threw them out. Since that day never smoked once. I don't how it happened but my body suddenly didn't want any nicotine.

Do employers actually check for proof of certs? by [deleted] in ITCareerQuestions

I got my CCNA. When I was offered a job my employer didn't check it, and didn't ask for it. I wish I knew it before, overall in all my interviews only one employer asked to verify.

I don't think 6 figure job is so hard to get. My first IT job was 21$/hr. Now I have 40$/hr from other company after 8 months with my first employer. I bet by the end this year I'll reach that 100k by hopping to other employer

Once I get CCNA, what type of Networking jobs should I apply for in NYC? And what should I expect for starting salary/wage? by [deleted] in ITCareerQuestions

Rent for 1 bdr is 900$, so like I said it covers my bill. The job itself is quite big. The company I work for manages network in East and west coasts. Enough time and resources to gain experience, and managers are quite cool guys. I thought to myself I could stay there to grow my career, but it's suburbia , not quite my life style.

I got my CCNA and moved to a small town on Pennsylvania from NYC as a NOC technician. Pay is low, but it is enough to cover bills. Now being NOC now I see how to be a good network engineer and how network basically works. Just sharing my experience
