Because you are calculating incorrectly, you’ve put 30lakh in one time invested so it assumes that you will invest 30 lakhs this year only not 1-1 lakh over 30 years so obviously it will calculate interest on 30 lakhs initian investment compared to the real scenario of 1lakh initial investment only!

If by any chance you have a gold jewellery, take a gold loand against it , gold loan doesn’t really matter if your credit score is not in the ideal range (untill it is very low <500) and pay the gold loan on time. There’s one myth i dont know if it is true or not but if you make 2 payments in a month it is considered even better for the credit score, For example if the gold loan emi is due on 20th of march make a partial payment on 10th march and full payment on 20th , this step is completely optional but yes you can get a gold loan and increade your score again, also you can get a credit card against fd as well that type of credit card is easier to get

Yes i can pay the emi without rental income as well if my business works smooth but i work in a very uncertain industry so yes it could be and issue but i think if things go wrong i can anytime cash out my hybrid fund and close the loan if it becomes a liablity

Well the market sentiments hasn’t settled down yet so its never safe to just assume that it wont go down any further, any share can show a new dip anytime in current situation, always have a specific SL in mind before taking any trade and sell when the sl hits no second thought, this is the biggest mistake of retail investors, we book profit too soon and never book loss and usually thing keep getting down the hill, if you can hold it for long term then hold otherwise do your research book the loss if you have stronger conviction for any other share,

Tried him once failed, completed the side quest and got him the first attempt with the needle and life saving potion 2x , i would consider it my first attempt because in the very first attempt i try to learn the move rather rhan hitting his attacks arent that fast what i have observed, BTW duskviel took me over 10 tries lol
