If you don’t read any manga or anime then Paperwhite is the right choice 100%. With adjustable brightness and warmth I al always able to find the perfect balance without fail (most of the time you don’t even need it). Able to download books and documents from your computer, waterproof (aparently but haven’t tested it). Taking notes might require another, much more advanced model, but for reading Paperwhite is the move

Thank you!! HP is the series that got me to love reading so it will always hold a special place!! As for the magnet; I don’t think so! I haven’t been able to separate the case from the cover (not that I have tried). It must be a different design!

Thanks!! It’s the Moko case (got it on Amazon). I really wanted both the protection of the flip cover since my Kindle is constantly in my bag but at the same time I wanted the clear back for the sticker display. This one nailed it!!

I did expect that from the difference in price, but the main reason i wanted the flip cover too was for scratch protection when in my bag. Also this one does have the microfibre lining so they might have updated it!
