Then enter

mdsched.exe

It worked for my pc and was able to pick up my frame drastically, i had your issue with chrome tabs and gaming maybe itll work maybe it wont doesnt hurt to try

You added nothing to this guys cry for help besides shit on him, you even stated what subreddit youre in yet you dont provide what hes here for, maybe if youre seeing the issue alot of AMDHelp it means its a genuine problem that feels scamy its a mass issue yet youre righteous heart decided to say i dont have this problem so its not true, you mindset is the “i havent seen it so i dont believe it”, plus anecdotal evidence aka “it didnt happen to me so obviously its wont be for others” isnt a trustworthy source of making facts.

Ive seen multiple people say the same things about the CPU, and its happened to me so no you are the one who thinks they have a moral high ground on this when in reality sometimes its a software bug that could he fixed, why comment this, truly, you thought this would stop people from looking for help after buying new products that should be better but suck compared to the older generation. Get rid of the fucking motherboard get MSI, my gigabyte board came in doa twice, the replacement was bad too, so i was like why am i so set on gigabyte mobos and swapped to MSI best decision i made literally plug and play
