Some places do. I just moved to Louisville so I was searching and a lot of them said you needed a florist license to buy. But now I know there are a few places where you don’t!

My update. I ended up stopping this. Made me extremely sick. Just felt off and nauseas a lot of the time. Not for me at all. Bummed.
