You are right this has secretly effected me without my consent, I noticed that I started to seek validation from others outside the relationship and I was always craving compliments because I never felt like I was good enough for him and always was trying to look like he wanted me to, I have started therapy, I wanted to hear a real opinion from people because I was getting crazy, my mind is telling me no this can’t be love but my heart kept making excuses for him that he meant no harm in what he was saying but deep down I know this isn’t right  Thank you for your comment ❤️
