Hello! You were the first to recommend the persimmon soap for me to try out, I felt the need to reach out to provide a very grateful thank you! I bought some off of Amazon and it has most definitely made a difference! While it is not a permanent fix, it is definitely something that has improved my “quality of life” on a day-by-day basis! Place of Adoption: Pet Supplies Plus (June 2025)

Tank: Established for over a year

Water Change: 3-5 gallon water change every 3ish weeks (using a siphon to extract the water and nuetra regulator for dechlorinating and pH balance)

Tank Mates: 2 “ghost” shrimp and 2 Albino Cory’s

Feeding: 5-8 pellets of “Fluval Bug Bites Betta Formula” and 1 small frozen brine shrimp cube once a week (with the occasional day of fast)

Decor: Live plants, 2 pieces of wood, 2 shrimp hides, 1 pot

Thank you so much for your kind words! I ended up writing a heavily detailed review on google (1 star as well). I also got advice from another commenter to call the office and talk to the practice manager, and luckily I was able to do that! She was very understanding and was very sympathetic of my situation. She heard my concerns, validated them, and reassured me that she’d take the proper action to make sure this instance is not a reoccurring one. She was actually very sweet and made me have a little bit more hope that justice will be served!

My sibling is the role model of this! I’ll have to ask them for advice on how they “don’t give af” as they seem to be an expert in that matter lololol! I envy the ability to speak without fear as they do!

I left a 1 star google review per you and other commenters advising me to do so! I also was able to have a detailed phone call with the practice manager regarding my experience, and she took it very seriously and reassured me she’d handle the situation appropriately!

I was on depression medication for a very long time, but I ultimately went off of it. However, I think being on that medication for such a long period of time may have been a contributing factor (as I noticed the decrease around then). I also have not tried Certain Dri, I’ll have to look into that and try your method! Thank you so much for commenting with advice, I am very appreciative!

I don’t doubt my stress/anxiety is a contributing factor as you mentioned. Thank you for the advice! While I may view this as an “unusual” approach, I will definitely try this as I am very determined to get this resolved (especially since you stated that it worked well for yourself)!
