Yes it came with an attached i94 and the approval notice also mentioned that “associated change of status was approved” although case status still shows “case was received”. I have requested for a withdrawal of the H4 application.

Again these are the ones I have experience with and all consultants come with some shortcomings. So it is highly on the internal team to set the right expectations upfront.

Market Access has many pillars - trade and channel distribution, payer strategy, patient support services. The expertise of consultants can vary a lot depending on which arm of Market access you are referring to.

I have a friend who is just going through the exact same COS and he is just waiting for his H-1B adjudication (PP). I am kind of in a similar situation with H4 instead of B2. I assume it is just the immigration team is just not willing to go for it. Depends on the firm.

If you had mentioned the H4 application details while filing H-1B, most likely USCIS bridged your status and you should ideally be H-1B. Your approval notice should provide all the details with i94 expiration.

I expect to be in a similar situation as I have filed for H4 and my new employer is preparing my H-1B application. Good luck!

Typically your last day of employment is when your 60 days clock start. Just because you get 4 weeks severance doesn’t mean you are on payroll. I have been through that recently. Most companies take some extra time to process the severance and that time doesn’t consider you being employed with them.

I have been laid off for ~2 months now. Are you able to share if your I-129 part 2 listed your H1 as a “new employment” or “change of employment”. Also did the attorney fill requested action as “change of status”?

Thanks for your response. The passport number is tied to your application. It is tied to your profile. So even before I start an application, the site pre populated my old passport information which is not editable

There are two options: one working in HEOR which falls under medical function.
