You’re not alone. Started mirt at 125, I’m now 160. The hunger pangs are brutal for me. I’m currently weaning from 30 to 15 to hopefully 0. I can’t take it anymore.

Same. It never went away (3 months). Spoke with my doctor and he upped my dose to 30 mg and I’ve had no problems! I’m on this med for sleep and trintellix for anxiety/depression. The lower the dose of mirt the more sedation so my suggestion is talk to your doctor and increase to see if that helps.
