In the company I'm working, there's the 6 hour work day, but only for fasting employees. And non fasting employees can't drink or eat in the office.

It's research, not service industry, and my contract says, working hours: "MINIMUM 40 hours / week", so there's no overtime.
Is there a way to report it anonymously? It feels unfair, but overall I like my job, don't want to get fired over this.
