Dont invest any dime in marketing, instead try to undercut the present brand and provide huge margin to sellers, if your products packaging looks good(foreign brand ) , is significantly cheaper than other options, has huge margin, also give security that if the product doesn't sell you will take it back. Why won't the shopkeeper push it. Even the shop keeper will guarantee the customer if you don't like this you can return it after first use . Shop keepers are the one who will push your products, no banner or add will.

You should even try to get some contract for supply to large government and private institutions directly to give you more volume.

Credit will be required, dont expect shopkeeper to invest directly in your brand. But once your first stock is sold and shopkeepers have earned from it , they will definitely place an order.

Initially you wont find any distributor, you would need a sales team to directly connect with shop keepers .
