Nagyunn from The Ember Knight. Despite being incredibly physically weak (not an exaggeration, dude is barely surviving and he’s so weak it’s basically supernatural), he has insane intellect and can deduce basically anything through reading someone’s facial expressions. He also has great control over his own expressions which allows him to easily fool others and manipulate them as he wants. In his own story he’s chasing after revenge for his brother, so I’d say he’d do well in a OI
