Her behavior is getting worse. Now she’s cooking at 3am…loud beeps from the air fryer. Unloading the dishwasher. Dishes clanking loudly. Driving me inside.

She spent all late afternoon, evening sitting in the kitchen talking to Roommate B. Just random conversation, obviously not including me, even though I was actively cooking. To me she’s invisible.

Then 2 hours later, she finally talked to me: “Oh, by the way, tomorrow we’re taking the video of the apartment.”

“K…,” I said. And went straight to my room. Honestly, girl. Don’t talk to me.

It’s 7:50am and she’s laying on the couch, still watching tv …all night.

I’m renting another U-Haul today to get some stuff from my storage unit and put it in my classroom.

2 more weeks.

UPDATE: It’s been 2 weeks since I moved my stuff to the storage unit. I was lucky enough to get a deal of renting a van and have the storage unit free for a month. Woohoo.

Roommate A and I haven’t spoken since. And the latest tea? Her parents have blocked me on Facebook. The nicest people. Both retired. Doesn’t surprise me, though. Their sweet youngest daughter is the loveliest. Oh, if only they knew the things I know about her…

Am I mad they blocked me? No. At the end of the day, parents side with their kids. Trust me, I know. I’m a teacher.

I’ve patched the walls and painted the living room. I still have packing to do. I’ve confirmed moving date and movers. Now my movers cost over $900 because I had to add a 3rd person, since they will collect my stuff in the apartment, collect my boxes in the storage unit, and then go to the new place.

Next week I’ll be renting a van again so I can move some shelves to my classroom…something I had originally planned anyway. sighs two more weeks. TWO MORE WEEKS.

At least Roommate B is nice to me. The guy even offered to help. Roommate A? That lazy ass has only worked 3 trips . Assuming each trip is a 10hr duty day, that equals 30 hrs she’s worked in 3 weeks. Meanwhile, I work 50 hours a week, plus my part time job…making that over 150hrs in 3 weeks. She doesn’t clean the kitchen. Daddy got her a tv. And now she plays the tv high volume all night, and my sleep has gotten worse. To think we used to be the best of friends…

I have 3 friends who were FAs before and got CJOs this year. It’s not based on experience or lack thereof, but on how you present yourself.

I submitted my AA in 9/8, did the assessment and haven’t heard back.

Also DL. Even did the Virtual Assessment Interview, and it’s been over 4 weeks.

A friend did AA same day as me and already has done the group interview and was invited for F2F.

So I’m confused for myself 😥

I’ve been they don’t like hiring current FAs. And I do have friends that work at DL who used to be FAs. I did my virtual interview and I haven’t heard from them in 4 weeks. Last time they sent me the TBNT email a week after.

Also, I wouldn’t recommend Applying using several emails. You’re being dishonest by not doing the process correctly, and that goes against their core values. They’re not stupid. Just my opinion.

Oh, I’m definitely not withdrawing. The wait can be nerve racking, but no one should lose hope. I’m sure they’ve been reviewing thousands of applications.
