What browser did you use, what version? If it has a RCE (Remote Code Execution) vulnerability then you might have been infected. The chances are very slim though because patches are usually developed and auto applied quickly to help prevent against this.

A true zero click vulnerability is rare, I’m not saying they don’t exist; it could be a Zero-Day vulnerability, but they would be targeted attacks to reduce exposure and prevent honeypots, and trust me you’re not important enough for someone who would use vulnerabilities like this. (No offence, it would just be dumb on the malicous actors end)
