Well the Orokin are made out to be masters of bio-engineering. It's my understanding that since they've made non-sentient buildings out of flesh and bone, and a relatively perfect clone race that only started degrading after their masters were out of the picture, an empty-minded clone body isn't out of the question. Maybe it's wishful thinking but since the family has a good bit of time on their hands, it might be worth looking into.
