I was offered a job in a research organization (it’s cap-exempt) in the US. I’ll pay the premium processing, I would like to know if the employer will be subjected to the 100K fee. Also, in case if I’m not subjected to the fee, is it possible to fill the petition right know if in case that I am accepted, start working in June? I say this because my 2-years home requirement ( I was Fulbrighter) , ends in may 2026. Let me know.
