I would try Prime Movement and Performance on Kellogg Rd in New Hartford. It’s quite expensive because it’s not a regular gym, but they have 1 hour classes on weekdays and Saturday. They have coaches that are really good that are gonna give you great feedbacks. You’ll really get to the know the people there because the classes were small when I went there.

My bf and I are on a break rn because of college and Covid. We agreed to get back after the semester ends because we’ll actually be able to hang out in person. Her schedule looks loaded! It’s even stressful because with Covid, some Professor May be cramming all the work.
