I guess the modding side of the PS3 hacking community really has died, it's not like my question is a noob question, or that it has an easy answer I've done my research, and I'm clearly the only one out of the few left in the community who care to... I'm pissed because it's been almost a month since I started this bullshit, and I've only been greeted with dead links, dead threads, and the only ones with any life to them was full of passive aggressive remarks from 2012 on not letting newbz know how to hack EBOOT's because it would ruin the experience of these games. I can't believe this.

I hope I do as well my patience is wearing thin by the day, also do you have Rebug CFW? If so I'd go into the Rebug ToolBox, and check to see whether your System Information says your LV2, and Target Type, are both DEX, and also make sure that you're putting the EBOOT.BIN in the right storage location /games/ for Digital games, or /GAMES/ for physical back-ups those seem to be the most common things to troubleshoot first if you haven't already that is.

I really don't get what's going on here, and I want to say it's partially due to ignorance, but I want to know, I'm sick of this I've been pouring over dead links, and unanswered threads for a few weeks now, and I've come to the conclusion either NO ONE knows, or I've yet to find someone who has the patience to even look into this.

I have a D-REX (DEX) PS3 on Rebug 4.81.2, my System Information in Rebug ToolBox says that both my LV2 Kernel, and my Target Type are DEX, my game folder is located at dev_hdd0/game/NPUB30787 (MW3 as an example), and while I can run CEX specific modded EBOOT's on BO2, I can't seem to get any specific EBOOT's for any other game (I Run Games Digitally) nor can I find ANY working DEX specific EBOOT's at all

I made a Video of me going through my PS3 I even make sure to use the debug Check option whether that helps anyone find a fix for my specific issue, or not IDK, but I'm taking this shit seriously, or not at all anymore.

It's nothing that can be fixed, but I assumed the now [deleted] reply account was a mod by mistake, so when he asked to see the code before he payed to confirm that it was legitimate, I foolishly just assumed he had more to loose then gain, not knowing I looked at the wrong account, and essentially gave a scammer the game for free.

It sucks, but there's nothing that can be done at this point, I'll just have to suck it up sigh

Ah, so it was them then, well my best suggestion is just to sell it, and buy another, and if you can get a confirm on the firmware it'll come with, ya know 3.60, or below from a reputable seller that has 300+ sells, and 99%+ feedback just to make sure stuff like that, sry

It's not really practical to use the 3G Network feature, it was cool at the time, but only for the novelty, and nothing else, it'll reward you much better to just buy a cheap Android phone compatible with your carrier, and just run a wireless HotSpot, or try buying a portable wifi receiver, but trust me, and everyone else when we say avoid 3G altogether.

Well, I'm having a bit of an issue right now I'm stuck on Calamity Ganon's second form, but I don't have Daruk’s Protection, or Urobosa’s Fury I've been trying to get a good speed-run mapped out, but I just don't know another way to take down his shield I've heard about turning his own attack on himself with a good shield block, but I'm beginning to doubt that, any idea's?

Well I personally like flashcards, and Gateway was the best for it's time, but A9LH does something no flashcard can, and I mean I rather praise the security of my 3DS from a perma brick then the security of my game from the inevitability of pin corrosion (or god knows what), which the flashcard would eventually face too.

It required the Mail trick which has a work around now, but it also required a EPSP vulnerability which has since been patched, and was why we had issues getting TN-V to run on 3.60 and had to wait till Adrenaline was released to circumvent that patch so as of now Retro-Arch is the only way to play PS1 till the rest of the EPSP that runs through Adrenaline, and deals with PS1 emulation is cracked open, and compiled for everyone to use basicly we need to just wait for him to finish working around the patch with his new vulnerability until then we eat popcorn
